The Unknown Illness...

My story started in New Mexico in the 1980's.... and led me here to my bed in California, writing this blog post to share with the world.

There is much to tell... another time. For now, I'm taking care of me by focusing on the basics: sleep, diet, and exercise.

I'm in an era of self-care, so I can do better world care. I'm putting my oxygen mask on (thank you, flight attendants for teaching us). I'll work to help with yours soon, if it could benefit you.
